Venue

Faubourg du Lac 50, Bienne

Though research aims at a better understanding of the world around us, the images that result from it often seem unreal, and create an astonishingly varied visual language: a laboratory tool is transformed into a monolith; an artificial wave oscillates between the real and the virtual; a scientist appears to vanish in a puff of smoke; and an experiment becomes an artistic performance.
